Travel Information
ISPLC 2015 will take place in Austin, Texas USA, March 29-31, 2015. The venue is located in downtown Austin, on the campus of The University of Texas at Austin, in the
Blanton Art Museum Complex, in the Edgar A. Smith Building, at 200 E. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Austin, Texas 78701.

Airport
Austin is served by the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, which is 20 minutes by car from downtown Austin. Taxi fare is $35 to $40.

Air Bed & Breakfast may have furnished apartments to rent in downtown Austin at a price lower than many of the downtown hotel room prices.
Bus Service
Capital Metro provides bus service through downtown Austin and the greater Austin area. Cost is $1.25 for a one-way trip.
Parking
Parking is available two blocks East of the Edgar A. Smith conference along E. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. in the Brazos Street Parking Garage. On Monday and Tuesday, the parking cost is $4/day. To get the reduced price of $4, please bring your parking stub for validation to the Blanton Art Museum, which is open Mondays through Fridays from 9am to 5pm.
Visa Requirements for the USA
We are delighted to welcome colleagues from outside of the USA to ISPLC 2015. Delegates should be aware that for many countries a visa will be required to travel into the USA. Do not delay in making VISA arrangements for entry into the United States if needed. Such arrangements are the responsibility of attendees and other participants and may take up to a few months.

VISA ASSISTANCE FROM IEEE COMMUNICATIONS SOCIETY
1. Technical Paper Authors can generate their Visa Assistance Letters from ComSoc in EDAS.
Log into EDAS site, and find your paper.
Toward the bottom of the page, you will find in the properties column the words "visa letter", and beside it, an image of an envelope outlined in yellow.
Click on this envelope, and you will be able to confirm or change your address information reflected in the letter.
Then the system will generate the letter for your use.
If you have any problems, please click the help tab in the EDAS system.
2. All Other Speakers and Attendees and authors requiring hard copy letters should follow the instructions at
